About Me

Emily Kulesza, MOT, OTR/L, CF-L1, Pn1

I am a registered and licensed occupational therapist from New Jersey. During my time at Quinnipiac University, I had always hoped to combine my passions for occupational therapy, functional fitness and holistic approaches to health and wellness.

As an occupational therapist, I have seen just how powerful lifestyle improvements, or lack thereof, could be. From older adults struggling to complete daily tasks, to middle-aged individuals recovering from a stroke or managing their type 2 diabetes, to moms who are so busy taking care of their families that they neglect their own health needs - lifestyle improvements can truly change and save lives in both short-term and long-term ways.

In my free time, I enjoy going to Crossfit and spending time with my friends, family, and my cat, Reese!

More About Growth Nutrition

One Habit at a Time

In a society where "quick-fixes" are highly sought after when it comes to health, I aim to help those who are ready to make changes finally reach the goals they have been trying to achieve for years. Invest in yourself now; you deserve to prioritize your health and wellbeing.

We will work together utilizing ProCoach software designed specifically to make our coaching process organized, clear, and comprehensive. We will check-in through emails, video chats, or phone calls as often as you need for the duration of your plan. The longer the time we spend working together, the more skills and habits you will learn to use throughout your life.

I look forward to getting to know each individual, as we problem-solve the barriers and celebrate the successes as we grow towards the healthier you.
